This policy explains how FotoFlow handles intellectual property reports and repeat infringement.
Respect for rights
FotoFlow users must only upload content they own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to share. Public pins, product images, logos, and descriptions may be removed if they infringe rights or violate platform rules.
Reporting copyright or trademark issues
To report alleged infringement, contact admin@fotoflow.xyz. Include the URL of the content, a description of the work or mark, your contact information, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake, contact admin@fotoflow.xyz with the affected URL, your account email, and an explanation. FotoFlow may require additional verification before restoring content.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing or deceptive content may be limited, suspended, or removed.
